Shipping Policy

At European Performance Market (EPM), we aim to process and deliver every order as efficiently and reliably as possible. Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, order processing requirements, delivery location, and the shipping service selected at checkout.

Order Processing

Please allow time for your order to be reviewed and processed prior to dispatch. Processing times may vary depending on the product and availability at the time the order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

While we make every effort to keep product availability accurate and fulfill orders promptly, inventory levels can occasionally change. If an item is temporarily unavailable or subject to an extended lead time, we will contact you as soon as possible with an update and the available options.

Please note that delivery estimates apply after an order has been processed and dispatched and do not include order processing time or any additional lead time that may apply to backordered or special-order products.

U.S. Shipping

Standard shipping within the United States is available for $25 on eligible orders under $400.

We offer free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders of $400 or more.

Most standard domestic shipments are expected to arrive within approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, product size, availability, and other circumstances outside our control.

Additional carrier-calculated or expedited shipping services may be available for certain products and will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order and, where available, added to your EPM customer account.

Please allow time for tracking information to become active after a shipping label has been created.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally be shipped separately. This can occur when items are dispatched from different locations or become ready for shipment at different times.

If your order is divided into multiple shipments, you will receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available. You will not be charged additional shipping fees after your order has been placed unless otherwise agreed with you in advance.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to supported countries and regions for eligible products. Product availability, shipping services, and delivery times may vary depending on destination.

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, product, shipment size and weight, and available carrier services.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination country, selected shipping service, customs clearance, and local delivery network. Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and dispatched.

For international orders, duties, taxes, customs charges, and other import fees may apply. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be due upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. Additional handling, brokerage, or disbursement fees may also be charged by the carrier or customs authority. Customs processing may also cause delays.

Backorders and Delays

Although we make every effort to fulfill orders promptly, certain products may occasionally become temporarily unavailable or backordered.

If an unexpected delay affects your order, we will contact you with the available information and anticipated lead time. Where appropriate, you will have the opportunity to proceed with the order or discuss alternative options.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery may also be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside the control of European Performance Market.
