Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, unless otherwise stated below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and uninstalled, with all original components, accessories, hardware, labels, and packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Approved returns for refund are subject to a 25% restocking fee, except where prohibited by applicable law or where the return results from an item being defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied by European Performance Market.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or the return is due to an error on our part. If European Performance Market provides a prepaid return shipping label for an eligible return, the cost of the return label may be deducted from the refund.

To start a return, you must first contact us at info@europeanperformancemarket.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address.

Please do not send your return to the address shown on the original shipping label. Because our products may ship from different fulfillment locations, returns must be sent to the specific warehouse address provided by our customer support team.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Returns sent to our corporate or mailing address, or to any other address without prior authorization, cannot be processed and may be rejected or returned at the customer's expense.

Once your return is received and inspected at the designated facility, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

BMS Products – Final Sale

Except where required by applicable law, all Burger Motorsports (BMS) products purchased through European Performance Market are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please carefully confirm product fitment before placing your order.

This final-sale restriction does not limit any rights or remedies that may apply to products that are defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or covered by an applicable manufacturer warranty.

Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please retain the product, all original packaging, and any shipping materials while your claim is being reviewed. We may request photographs or other information needed to evaluate the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

• Burger Motorsports (BMS) products, except where required by applicable law;
• products that have been installed, used, modified, altered, or damaged after delivery;
• custom, made-to-order, or special-order products;
• clearance or final-sale items; and
• gift cards.

Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about whether a specific product is eligible for return.

Exchanges

If an eligible product needs to be exchanged, please contact us before returning the item. In many cases, the fastest way to receive the product you need is to complete the approved return process and place a separate order for the replacement product.

BMS products are not eligible for exchanges except where required by applicable law or in connection with an applicable defect or warranty claim.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the return restrictions above, where applicable law provides otherwise, consumers purchasing merchandise shipped into the European Union may have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

Any statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal will continue to apply.

Customers exercising an applicable statutory right of withdrawal are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where permitted by law and where they were informed of this responsibility before purchase.

Goods may be inspected to the extent reasonably necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Customers may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.

The 25% restocking fee and BMS final-sale restriction do not override any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
